They even stored our bags for a week, which was a lifesaver. But breakfast? Major letdown. Took forever, and the service was icy. Just awkward vibes at the restaurant.

View from swimming pool disappointing!!! One elevator out of order for too long—shouldn't guests have to walk 11 flights? Also, street noise and nearby safety concerns at night could surely be improved!!!
